Fasting In History and Its Advantages

Throughout history, almost all religions in the world, fasting has long been promoted as a spiritual means for intensifying prayers and your faith.

Only those great people who knews the secrets and the great benefits of fasting were perform fasting sa mentioned in Zabur, Taurad, Injil and Quran.

The Great people who performed fasting including:-
Jesus (Nabi Isa), Moses ( Nabi Musa), David ( Nabi Daud), Issac ( Nabi Ishak), Prophet Muhammad SAW, and million other also perform fasting.

Why these people fast ?

The simple answer is they fast as obligation to God for good health and spirituality.
Fasting brings great spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health.

Fasting is an effective and safe method of detoxifying the body - a technique that wise men has used for centuries to heal the sick. Fast regularly and help the body heal itself and stay well.

Just try it one day and later on add it to 2 - 3 days and when you are familiar enough, you can follow the Muslim fasting 30 days in the month of Ramadan.
